Payment & Security Policy
Plain-language terms designed to make shopping with Silverelle clear and transparent.
Silverelle is designed so that customers can see the amount payable before confirming an order and can use only the payment methods currently enabled at checkout.
Customer care: info@silverelle.com
Order, shipping and return support: order@silverelle.com
Website: silverelle.com
Seller identity, invoicing and any registration details applicable to a completed purchase are provided on the order confirmation and/or invoice issued for that order.
Payment methods
Available methods can differ by destination, currency or operational configuration and are shown during checkout. If bank transfer is offered, fulfilment may wait until funds are received and matched to the order.
Card information
Where card payment is offered, card credentials are intended to be transmitted to and processed by the relevant payment provider using its secure payment flow. Silverelle’s application is not designed to store full card numbers or card verification/security codes.
Secure connection
silverelle.com uses HTTPS/TLS to protect data in transit between supported browsers and the website. Customers should ensure they are using the genuine silverelle.com domain and should never send card security codes by email or contact form.
Fraud and verification
Orders may be held or cancelled where a payment is incomplete, verification fails, the information supplied is inconsistent, or activity reasonably appears fraudulent or abusive. Any verification request will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the transaction.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Timing after Silverelle initiates a refund may depend on the bank or payment provider. See Returns & Refunds for return-related rules.
